I'm Marek, a Personal Trainer based at Holly Hill Leisure Centre, Sarisbury Green near Southampton. I work with people who want to build strength, improve mobility and make positive changes to their lifestyle.
Many of my clients are over 40 and dealing with things like knee pain, tight hips, back stiffness or simply feeling unsure about what to do in the gym.
My approach focuses on strength training, movement quality and sustainable progress so you can feel stronger and move better with confidence.
121 Sessions take place at Holly Hill Leisure Centre in Sarisbury Green, located between Southampton and Fareham and easily accessible from Hamble, Whiteley and Hedge End.

Most people over 40 don’t suddenly 'fall apart', they’ve just spent years moving poorly without realising it.
Aches in the knees, tight hips, stiff backs… these aren’t just part of getting older. They’re the result of restricted movement, poor posture and joints that haven’t been taken through their full range in years.
Through personalised mobility work, we focus on:
Restoring joint function
Improving movement quality
Reducing pain and stiffness
So your body starts working with you again, not against you.

After 30, muscle mass and strength naturally decline but most people speed that process up by avoiding proper resistance training.
And here’s the reality:
There’s no point looking “in shape” if your body can’t actually perform.
If lifting everyday objects feels harder than it should, if you feel unstable under load or you don’t fully trust your body when it’s challenged, strength, not more cardio, is what’s missing.
We focus on building real, usable strength that:
Supports your joints
Improves confidence in the gym
Carries over into everyday life
So you can rely on your body, not work around it.

You don’t get results from the 3 hours you train each week. You get them from the other 165.
This is where most people fall short.
Inconsistent nutrition, poor sleep, high stress, low daily movement, these quietly undo your progress no matter how hard you train.
We address:
Nutrition that fuels your body (not restricts it)
Daily movement habits outside the gym
Sleep, recovery, and stress management
Because long-term results come from what you do consistently, not what you do occasionally.

Getting stuck doing the same routine
Spending countless money on Physio's
Low energy levels despite 'eating well'
Guessing what exercises are safe or effective
Feeling like progress has stalled for no clear reason
No confidence to push themselves harder

Strength training personalised for you
Mobility work that improves those aches
Clear structure instead of random workouts
Habits that support your fitness progression
Coaching that considers life outside the gym
Simple nutrition and lifestyle habits that work
