Sessions take place at Holly Hill Leisure Centre in Sarisbury Green, Southampton, easily accessible from Hamble, Whiteley, Fareham and Hedge End.

Progress 165 Essentials is a structured coaching program designed for adults over 40 who want to feel stronger, move better, and train with confidence, without constantly dealing with aches, stiffness or stalled progress.
Over 6 weeks, we focus on building strength that supports your joints, improving mobility where it matters most, and developing simple habits that carry over into everyday life.
You won’t just follow workouts. You’ll understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to keep progressing long after the program ends.
Alongside your training, we’ll also look at nutrition and lifestyle factors that support your workouts. When these aren’t aligned with how you train, progress often stalls.
By making small, realistic adjustments outside the gym, we ensure your effort in training leads to sustainable results, not just short-term improvements.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear understanding of what to focus on next. From there, we can discuss sensible options to continue building on the foundations you’ve put in place, with no pressure or obligation to continue beyond the 6 weeks.
