I'm Marek, a Personal Trainer based at Holly Hill Leisure Centre, Sarisbury Green near Southampton. I work with people who want to build strength, improve mobility and make positive changes to their lifestyle.

Many of my clients are over 40 and dealing with things like knee pain, tight hips, back stiffness or simply feeling unsure about what to do in the gym.
